Dieting- Is it really that good

Estimated read time 2 min read

Dieting is a big trend these days but the question is that is it really that much helpful?

I don’t think so it is really that much useful because there are many uncountable side effects of doing it.

Everyone knows that dieting is done for weight loss but in majority of the cases of people who do dieting end up with all the possible deficiencies.

However even if you do dieting with vitamin and mineral supplements, drinking glucose or electrolyte powder and then spending the whole day without eating a meal is also not good for our body.

As all these are nothing other than chemicals which are in their most refined form and these things give such a huge pressure on our kidneys.

The bad truth of dieting is that if you do it for long periods of time you have a huge risk of death because a long time of not eating a meal is making the blood pressure low which can cause your death even when you are sleeping because of a heart attack.

Dieting also comes with many bad side effects like muscle loss, hair fall, dehydration, weakness, constipation, fatigue, gallstones, head ache, electrolyte imbalances ect.

It also gives an impact on mental health like depression, low self esteem, increased stress ect.

The only aftermath of all this is that you will loose a few kilos.

I think that dieting is of no use because why should one suffer all these things just for losing a few kilos.

Instead it would be much better to do some workout like cardio and resistance training which will help to burn those few extra kilos.

The second rule must be that all the calories which are consumed by us should be burned equally so what is the point of dieting then.
