AI, AI, AI, AI, AI. Wherever you look, there is an impact of AI. But the point here is: what will be the long-term consequential impact of AI on the world and humanity? This is a very intricate and debatable topic, as I can say. It has the potential and all the energy to bring about all the positive changes, but it also has some impact on human health, especially ethically. So many things can come into existence when we talk about the… and people as it is, they have their own AI inside and as their brains, which they should… which is not AI; it is their own. I think the use of that will be very restricted.
If we go by the positive and negative impacts, there will be many complex problems to which AI can bring solutions, but not all. There are many things that AI can do, and there are many things that it cannot. In the sector of healthcare, weather, climate, and other research done scientifically. And in the automation process as well, AI has all the possible potential to increase efficiency and productivity.
But I think it cannot… It will take its place, but it cannot remove all the human brains, so to speak. And there will be many complex endeavors and complexities in the automation field, which humans, along with AI, will take forward. And the challenges and the concerns, so as to say, during the Corona times, we have also seen there were a whole lot of jobs that people lost because of the Corona. And now if AI is dead, then what are human beings going to do?
That’s the point. It will lead to a whole lot of job losses. And. But I am asking one more thing: can AI toil the soil, tilt the soil, put seeds in it, and cut off the crops? I think it will be a little complex. All robotics can do it, but their are certain things that human touches can only do it. The point is that there are many things that AI can do, but there are also many things that AI cannot do and even can’t get close to. There will be many ethical issues raised over AI, and it may be too much of a problem. We also have to control AI because, if used uncontrollably, it can be very harmful to humans, and human values will also be of concern and at stake if we use AI uncontrollably.
The best part is for AI and humans to go side-by-side for a better future. Right now, as nature is creating its own turnovers, it is very hard to predict the future. Because I think, according to me, nature will have its final say and not AI, because there are many things that AI cannot interpret in nature’s way. And how AI will evolve and have a long-term impact on society is also in question. So the basic thing is that we have to learn how to use AI to not enslave us. Thus, AI has all the positives to bring about changes in the world in a very positive way, but it has to be developed and deployed in a very controlled manner. Ethical guidelines have to be taken care of.
Thus, responsible development and governance will also be important to execute all the positives of AI to minimize the stakes of potential risks that it can have on humanity.
If we see all the ancient human civillizations and it is so much amazing that how advance and calculated our ancesters were they built their whole civillization by using their own brains thus and and of course without AI…
