ॐ हनुमते नमः
Om Hanumate Namaha
Anjaneya Hanuman is the one who never gets defeated in a battle whose power and strength is unbeatable, whose devotion is beyond comparison in this whole universe finally the one who is immortal.
He is the incarnation of Shiva.
Hanuman is the son of Anjani and Kesari that is why he is also called Anjeneya and Kesari Nandan; when Maruti was a toddler he became hungry one day and saw the sun, Hanuman thought it to be a mango takes a huge leap reaches the cosmos when baby Maruti was about to engulf the sun by opening his enormous mouth Surya Dev got frightened and asks Indra for protection therefore Indra uses his powerful Vajra and Hanuman became unconscious.
But all the gods (Surya, Pavan or Vayu, Indra, Varun ect) realize their mistake after they came to know that hanuman is the incarnation of Shiva and as a toddler he possessed such a great amount of strength; therefore, all the gods give power to Kesari Nandan like Indra grants hanuman the wish that his body will be like Vajra and no one won’t be able to harm him, Surya and Agni grant him the wish that Fire won’t be able to harm him at all, Varuna granted him the wish that water won’t be able to harm him, Pawan granted him that he will be fast as wind finally Bhrama grants him a wish that nobody will be able to stop him where ever he will go; at the end all gods bless him with immortality.
Hanuman lived in Kishkindha and grew up one day Rama and his brother Lakshman came to Kishkindha where Rama’s new ally the monkey king Sugriva sends his ministers in all four directions to find Ma Sita in the south he sends Hanuman and the bear king Jambavan they all travel to the south and Hanuman makes a great leap to cross the sea and reaches Lanka where he uses his powers to shrink his size equal to an ant.
Hanuman finds Sita in a groove which was guarded by demons when the guards fall asleep he enters the groove and communicates with Ma Sita and assures that Rama is coming to rescue her.
Then Hanuman purposely starts destroying the groove prompting the guards to arrest him.
Hanuman wanted them to arrest him because he wanted to meet Ravan so guards arrest him and present Hanuman in front of Ravan, Hanuman warns Ravan to return Sita to Ram other wise he will arrive here to take her back with him Ravana who was full of arrogance refuses to do so and orders his guards to set fire to the tail of Hanuman they do the same.
Hanuman enlarges his body kills all the guards and elongates his tale and starts burning Lanka and extinguishes his tail in the sea as per the boon fire did not harm him even by a speck.
This whole legend is written in a poetic form named Sunder Kand.
Hanuman returns to Kishkindha and discusses everything that how he discovered Sita Rama became contended and started to plan with Sugriva, Hanuman and Jambavan that how can they reach Lanka.
The whole Vanar Sena along with Hanuman built a bridge across the sea named Ram Setu which all of them crossed and reached Lanka therefore the battle started between Raghunandan Ram and Lankapati Ravan.
During an intense phase of war Lakshman was fatally wounded and became unconscious Rama said to Hanuman that Lakshman would die without a medicinal herb named Sanjeeveni from a Himalayan mountain thus he asked Hanuman to bring that herb form the Himalayan mountain.
