East or west fresh homemade healthy Indian Sattvic food is the best; this should be the tagline for all of us as this is the best food.

Indian food is million, billion and trillion times good than the packaged food that stays in the shelves of the departmental stores for months and years.

For example if you see the all the departmental stores you will see one thing in common that is packaged food which I will say is a poison that we knowingly or unknowingly are consuming.

Because if you see a packet of potato chips it is so much high in calories and contain a high amount of sodium or salt on the other hand doctors  say that you must consume only 1 -2 grams of salt in a day and high sodium intake is a major cause of  high blood pressure so just imagine that aren’t we consuming a slow poison.

Now just think the extent how much dependent we are on packaged food that there are also ready to eat meals that are being sold and their containers are micro-oven proof so that on has to do just one thing heat the box in micro-oven and simply eat it as it is.

Packaged food has many disadvantages if consumed in high quantities like: high amount of sodium and sugar, saturated fats, more calories; which together contribute to make a healthy human a couch potato but it’s not the fault of packaged food neither it is the fault of the companies selling them we are whole soul responsible for all this.

We have to stay aware of all this and stop buying the packaged food now lets talk about the benefits of Indian food.

If you eat the pure Sattvic Indian food it is the best thing for one to eat because the food is light and is prepared from fresh raw ingredients like vegetables, millets, grains and it is not at all spicy if Sattvic food should be consumed within a day or two and avoid refrigerating it as the nutritional value of the food decreases now let’s unveil the benefits of eating Indian Sattvic food.
