It is also advisable not to indulge in meal times with our phone in one hand, neither you should eat while watching any daily soaps or movies it is not advisable either to just eat your food without thinking twice even if you don’t have hunger but just eating it for the hack of it that food will not be used by the body and those calories will be stored in your body in the form of fat.
Now that fat as used by our ancestors in one way or in another as their lives were not in such comfort zones as ours before plunging in eating we have to take hard close look at the edible items of our platter so as to we can calculate that how much of calories we have to burn either by performing some chores or some other outdoor sports or work a one or two hour in the gym so that the food doesn’t gets stored in the form of some stubborn belly fat or in the coming years may have some adverse affect on our internal organs.
Next is moderation and in this context it would be better if we consider those highly fat laden junk food or high sodium rich packaged food to be our worst enemies needles to mention those highly sweetened aerated bottled drinks, prefer a fruit over fruit juice for that awesome loads of fiber and light sugars not those highly sweetened fruit juices from departmental store, needles to mention the high sodium rich culprit lovingly known as chips, wafers, nachos ect…
The key to all this is to avoid eating in maximum quantity rather eat them and chew in moderation , don’t overload with mouthful but have it in little pieces, purposely try to share it with family members and friends so that one can consume a little portion as possible for a single individual let the saliva and enzymes take over as these are nothing magnum packets of empty calories even if you have it one go but maybe just after a few minutes you will curse yourself for having that full packet of nacho, it may give a thrilling thriving experience of high sugar levels, elevated sodium levels but the very next moment one will plunge into unforgiving misery for oneself but the story does not end here rather it would resonate in one’s mind that how to burn those extra calories in could be in the form of skipping meals or as I mention before working out in the or running the woods.
Now if someone is a conscious eater then the person will be very careful over doing or over eating those extra calories to avoid any kind of punishment later.
Thus we have to live and relive the statement that whether we genuinely ‘eat to live or live to eat’ you will get your own reply by culturing these good eating habits we don’t have to do to the clutches of dieting or you will be ‘die-eating’.
Therefore enjoy your food every morsel of it cherish it and live a healthy and strong life.
