Why on earth do we treat our bodies and thought process in such a complicated way why can’t we take it simply always following the golden rule of proportionate food intake or in other words input should in balance with output or to simplify it how much of food we intake as our input that much of output should be there to balance it.

Few calories here and there is ok but not like the whole arithmetic is the brain drain towards what we are eating, how much and when e are eating and remain blind folded towards how to burn those calories and utilize them.

The problem arises when there is no count on what we are eating and how much too and how we are burning it if we keep a strict check over these calorie counts then there will be no issues regarding over weight and under weight.

Research and studies along with real life experiences gathered all points towards one thing that dieting is a tremendous disaster giving rise to major to minor different health hazards, malnourished look, in few cases hospitalization.

If we keep a proper count on our calorie intake before gobbling the food have a close look at your platter and decide by watching your platter that how much amount of carbohydrate, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals also that if your platter comprises of micro and macro nutrients in required quantities then rest be assured that you will never be overweight or under weight.

Thus eliminating all the possible chances of health related problems may it be cholesterol, kidney or liver related problems thus decreasing the risk of any organ or multi organ failure leading a very healthy and prosperous life for many years to come.

When it comes to absorbing the whole goodness of nutrients from your platter there are certain basic food habits which we need to take care of like praying before having your meal thanking the all mighty for providing the food which we are going to consume not taking it for granted enjoying each and every morsel chewing the food properly let the enzymes of the saliva take over the digestion part as it is being said from early days to first of all eat and enjoy the food through your eyes first then enjoy savour its flavours through the all factory channels.

Then comes the action of your mouth when all your senses are satiated through then the enzymes will be at their at most followed by the grinding and chewing by our teeth for proper mastication of our food and also the satisfaction of fulfillment even by eating less.

All these steps if taken into account will have magical spell over our bodies which will render us with a strong body and mind and instead of draining all our hard earned money to the doctors we can go for the much aviated family vacations and engage ourselves in many other activities which demands a healthy mind and a healthy body.
